CVC Systems is a leading provider of Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) solutions in the UK. We are currently looking for a Fitter's Mate to assist with the first and second fix installation works of MVHR systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry, with on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled Installers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of MVHR systems
• Carry out first and second fix tasks on site, including prepping and organising tools and materials
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Provide general support on site to ensure installations are completed to the highest standards

Requirements:

• Previous site work experience and use of power tools is preferred, but not essential
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• CSCS card is preferred, but not essential
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
