We are seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead one of our cutting-edge London studios within a premier boutique fitness group that operates multiple locations and an online platform. This role is ideal for passionate leaders dedicated to fitness and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations, including staff management, retail, and facilities.
2. Ensure smooth studio functioning through effective staff scheduling.
3. Maintain high standards of facility upkeep and H&S compliance.
4. Drive studio performance towards KPI targets.
5. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
6. Conduct regular staff check-ins and performance reviews.
7. Implement initiatives to enhance brand engagement among employees.
8. Collaborate with the Regional Manager on talent retention and progression.
9. Build strong relationships with the local community to attract new business.
10. Analyze weekly performance metrics to focus on revenue and retention growth.
