I am seeking a dynamic Studio Manager for a premier boutique fitness group with multiple London studios and a successful online platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead one of our cutting-edge London studios and be part of a thriving fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations, including staff management, retail, and facilities
2. Ensure smooth studio functioning through effective staff scheduling
3. Maintain high standards of facility upkeep and H&S compliance
4. Drive studio performance towards KPI targets
5. Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team
6. Conduct staff check-ins and performance assessments
7. Implement initiatives to enhance brand engagement among employees
