Are you a Mandarin-speaking Games Producer with a passion for premium indie titles?
We’re hiring for a hybrid Games Producer role based in London, supporting the launch and live operations of a new wave of premium indie releases. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape creative projects from early development through to launch and beyond.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with development teams in Greater China and the UK to guide games through the production lifecycle. You’ll also play a key role in facilitating communication between internal publishing teams across regions, ensuring projects stay on schedule and reach their full potential.
This role requires fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) and the ability to work onsite twice per week in a central London office.
Key Responsibilities
Guide projects through all stages of production, from concept to post-launch
Collaborate closely with external studios, supporting their vision while driving milestones and delivery
Coordinate timelines across teams in the UK, Greater China, and the US
Organise playtests, synthesise feedback, and turn insight into prioritised development actions
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to track progress, risks, and dependencies
Support the localisation and adaptation process where needed
Partner with Chinese production and business teams to ensure cross-regional alignment
What You’ll Need
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written at business level)
Proven track record managing game projects end-to-end
Experience working with or within China-based development teams
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to production challenges
Clear, confident communicator who can work across disciplines and time zones
Experience supporting live games or post-launch updates is a plus
Must be based near central London and available to work onsite 2 days per week
