The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with development teams in Greater China and the UK to guide games through the production lifecycle. You’ll also play a key role in facilitating communication between internal publishing teams across regions, ensuring projects stay on schedule and reach their full potential.

This role requires fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) and the ability to work onsite twice per week in a central London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide projects through all stages of production, from concept to post-launch

  • Collaborate closely with external studios, supporting their vision while driving milestones and delivery

  • Coordinate timelines across teams in the UK, Greater China, and the US

  • Organise playtests, synthesise feedback, and turn insight into prioritised development actions

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to track progress, risks, and dependencies

  • Support the localisation and adaptation process where needed

  • Partner with Chinese production and business teams to ensure cross-regional alignment

What You’ll Need

  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written at business level)

  • Proven track record managing game projects end-to-end

  • Experience working with or within China-based development teams

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to production challenges

  • Clear, confident communicator who can work across disciplines and time zones

  • Experience supporting live games or post-launch updates is a plus

  • Must be based near central London and available to work onsite 2 days per week

If you're ready to play a key role in bringing high-quality indie games to global audiences and you're confident navigating production across multiple cultures and time zones, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. Get in touch with Andy at Skillsearch: ad@skillsearch.com
