Job summary

The Gym Group is looking for a Fitness Manager to help run the Old Trafford gym, deputising for the General Manager as required. You will lead a team of trainers, oversee group exercise, and drive member engagement while upholding our culture and values.

You can also PT during employed hours and keep 100% of your PT earnings, with flexible working options and a supportive development path within a fast-growing budget gym chain.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or currently studying for it.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Commitment to health, fitness and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement and satisfaction through in-gym service.
• Line manage fitness trainers and motivate the team.
• Develop the group exercise timetable and upskill staff.
• Support commercial performance and gym operations.
• Ensure health and safety and cleanliness through checks.
• Support GM with rota, time tracking and security checks.
• Act as keyholder and be available for emergencies.
• Provide PT services within employed hours and retain earnings.
