The Fitness Manager will be responsible for the gym floor and Personal Training proposition to our members. You will manage a team of fitness coaches and personal trainers leading them to deliver a world class fitness proposition, provide a 5* customer service, and create a positive training environment for our members.

About The Role

• Lead and manage the gym’s fitness team, including personal trainers and instructors
• Develop strong relationships with members, fostering a supportive and positive gym environment
• Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness across the gym floor and studios
• Recruit, train and mentor fitness staff
• Achieve PT revenue targets monthly and quarterly
• Deliver PT sessions and classes
• Working in collaboration with the Gym Manager to ensure attendance for classes is high and the product is at a high standard
• Supporting outreach and awareness events to engage and attract new members
  
  

About You

Education and Qualifications

• Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience being on a gym floor environment
• Teaching a variety of studio and gym floor-based classes
• Delivering personal training sessions
  
  

Skills

• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• People management
• Ability to create and present department reports when required
