Our Digital team is the heart of our company!

In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for our fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and internal teams to deliver effective campaigns that bring new clients through their doors.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy and proactivity, supported by Bullet's systems, industry experts, and strategy. We value smart, personable, and capable Digital Marketers who go the extra mile to achieve results.

This is primarily a remote role. You can work from any location within the UK, with occasional face-to-face meetings with clients or team members.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
• Developing tailored campaign ideas
• Professional communication with clients
• Leading regular client calls to discuss results and strategies
• Maintaining excellent client relationships

Additional Experience:

• Meta Business Manager (2 years)
