Our Digital team is the heart of our company!

In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for a portfolio of fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and their internal teams who care deeply about the campaigns we deliver. Your role is to understand their business, get to know their teams, and align with their culture to build, manage, and optimize highly effective paid ad campaigns that attract new clients and promote fitness transformations.

This role offers support from Bullet, including a well-structured system, industry experts, and a strategic framework. It requires a high level of autonomy and proactivity. We believe in pairing clients with smart, personable, and capable digital marketers who are committed to exceeding expectations.

This is primarily a remote role. You can work from any location in the UK. While remote, occasional face-to-face meetings with clients or team gatherings are encouraged.

Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)
• Ensuring maximum client satisfaction and service quality
• Developing tailored campaign ideas to meet client needs
• Communicating professionally and promptly with clients
• Leading regular Zoom meetings to review results and strategize
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Problem-solving proactively and efficiently
• Following all campaign protocols meticulously
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems and add value beyond ads

Additional Experience:

• Meta Business Manager (2 years)
• Localised online marketing experience, especially in fitness (bonus!)
• Agency experience or direct client management preferred
