Our Digital team is the heart of our company!

In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for our fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and internal teams to understand their business, culture, and goals. Your role is to build, manage, and optimize highly effective paid ad campaigns that attract new clients to their fitness studios.

This role offers significant support from Bullet, including industry experts and a strategic framework. It requires a high degree of autonomy and proactivity. We prioritize building long-term partnerships by pairing clients with smart, personable, and capable Digital Marketers who are dedicated to achieving results.

This is primarily a remote role. You can work from any location in the UK, but occasional face-to-face meetings with clients or team members are expected.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and service
• Developing tailored campaign ideas to meet client needs
• Professional and personable communication with clients
• Leading regular Zoom calls to support clients, review results, and plan strategies
• Maintaining excellent client relationships
• Problem-solving and providing effective solutions
• Following all campaign protocols accurately
• Looking beyond ads to improve systems and address client-side issues, adding value where possible

Additional Experience:

• Meta Business Manager (2 years)
• Localised Online Marketing (Fitness-specific bonus)
• Agency experience or direct client management preferred
