Job summary

JSS is seeking a permanent Treasury Systems Support Specialist in Greater London. The role focuses on operational stability of Treasury systems, monitoring, and first-line resolution of incidents across payments, liquidity management, and reporting.

You will work with FIS Integrity, SWIFT, EBICS, and API integrations, performing daily checks, data validation, and UAT testing to ensure SaaS platform readiness. 2-5 years experience preferred; sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• ITIL-based incident management experience is required.
• FIS Integrity platform knowledge is essential.
• Understanding of treasury workflows including payments and liquidity management.
• Basic SQL/data interrogation skills.
• Hands-on UAT testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of end-of-day, start-of-day, and intraday jobs across payment rails and bank platforms.
• Validate inbound bank statements, market data, and trade feeds for cash positioning.
• Execute daily operational checks and runbooks to manage failed processes and reprocessing.
• Log, classify, and resolve L1/L2 incidents in ServiceNow within SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues with diagnostic context to L3.
• Assist in major incident bridges to restore critical workflows.
• Validate data across treasury systems for audit readiness.
• Support UAT and regression testing for SaaS updates.

I am currently recruiting for a permanent Treasury Systems Support Specialist who has hands-on knowledge of FIS Integrity.

This role is responsible for the operational stability, monitoring, first-line resolution of Treasury systems and integrations. The role is responsible for the execution of critical Treasury processes including payments, liquidity management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight: Monitor EOD/SOD and intraday jobs across SWIFT, APIs, EBICS, and bank platforms.
• Data Validation: Verify inbound bank statements, market data, and trade feeds for daily cash positioning.
• Execution: Perform daily operational checks and runbooks to manage failed processes and controlled reprocessing.
• Triage & Resolution: Log, classify, and resolve L1/L2 incidents in ServiceNow within established SLAs.
• Escalation: Provide structured diagnostic context (logs, screenshots, business impact) when escalating complex issues to L3.
• Resilience: Assist in major incident bridge calls to rapidly restore critical payment and liquidity workflows.
• Reconciliation: Validate transaction, position, balance, and exposure data across Treasury systems for audit readiness.
• Testing & Releases: Support UAT, regression testing, and business readiness checks for SaaS platform updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2-5 years in 1st/2nd line Treasury or Financial Systems Support.
• Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of treasury workflows (payments, liquidity, settlements) and ITIL incident management.
• Tools: Proficiency with ITSM tooling (ServiceNow or equivalent).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Platforms: FIS Integrity System, SWIFT, EBICS, and API integrations.
• Technical Skills: Basic SQL/data interrogation and hands-on UAT testing experience.
