Job summary

Our Client in London is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st/2nd level Treasury systems support, focusing on FIS Integrity. The role involves monitoring treasury processes, ensuring cash positioning accuracy, and managing incidents.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of treasury or financial systems support experience and familiarity with ITIL processes. Hybrid work with three days in Central London office is offered, and the salary ranges from £75K to £85K.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in 1st / 2nd Line Treasury systems or financial systems support
• Understanding of Treasury processes (payments, liquidity, settlements)
• Experience with incident management and ITIL processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure uninterrupted execution of Treasury-critical processes and cash positioning
• Oversee payment flows across SWIFT, API, EBICS, and bank platforms
• Validate inbound data (bank statements, market data, trade feeds)
• Execute operational runbooks for failed processes and reprocessing
• Perform daily checks and controls including cash position validation and transaction completeness
• Log, classify, and prioritise incidents in ServiceNow; triage and diagnose; escalate complex issues to L3
• Ensure integrity of cash, position, risk, exposure data and support reconciliation and audit processes
• Support testing, UAT, and regression testing; assist in readiness checks prior to release or cutover
