CEL Solicitors is recruiting a First Response Agent in Liverpool City Centre for a permanent, part-time role. Work Monday to Wednesday, 08:00–14:00, delivering excellent client service and guiding inquiries through to the solicitor teams.

Training is provided regardless of prior call centre experience, with a culture focused on care for clients and colleagues. The role emphasizes clear communication, the ability to handle diverse client interactions, and progression from initial contact to case

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to explain complex information in clear terms.

Aufgaben

• Contact clients using our dialler system and guide them through qualifying questions.
• Explain the claims process and funding options to eligible clients.
• Pass the client to our Solicitor teams to progress their case.
