Job summary

CEL Solicitors is seeking a First Response Agent in Liverpool City Centre on a permanent, part-time basis. Hours are Monday to Wednesday, 08:00–14:00, with a starting salary of £11,896 per year.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through a qualification process, outlining the claims pathway and ensuring initial documents are completed before routing to Solicitor teams.

Qualifications

• Confident in speaking with people from all backgrounds.
• Able to explain complex information clearly and simply.
• Good listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
• A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries via dialer system and qualify potential claims.
• Explain the claims process, funding options and next steps.
• Obtain and sign initial client care documents and pass to Solicitor teams.
• Provide outstanding service while meeting performance targets.
