£30,000 - £32,606.84

Contract Type:

Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns:

Rotational - Any 5 from 7 (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a First Line Manager to coordinate our daily logistics requirements. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

What does the role entail?

• Supervise the operation to ensure safety and efficiency, working within guidelines to meet operational standards and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain current processes through Work Instructions and training.
• Identify opportunities for new standards and improvements.
• Ensure team compliance with safety standards and guidelines.

What do we need from you?

If you have the following experience, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every criterion:

• Managerial experience of 12-18 months (Essential)
• Previous operations experience
• Ability to manage a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Various MHE licenses are advantageous

A recognized qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred.
