Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting for an experienced operations leader at our Coalville site. You will drive performance, manage KPIs and lead teams in a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance.

You will coach leaders, oversee budgets and resource planning, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable results for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Previous operational leadership experience within a fast-paced logistics, warehousing or distribution environment.
• Ability to analyse KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, efficient and compliant operation, ensuring performance meets customer and business objectives.
• Manage and review operational KPIs, resource planning, productivity, attendance, quality, service and cost performance with corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure standards, work instructions and performance management routines are embedded across the site.
• Develop leadership capability through coaching, reviews, training compliance and engagement with Excellence School initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and site-wide initiatives to improve performance, service and financial results.
