Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rushden is seeking a First Line Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and drive success across our distribution site. You will supervise teams, implement efficient processes, and uphold safety standards to ensure smooth running.

The role requires proven management experience, strong logistics knowledge, and a strategic mindset. You will motivate staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across functions to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Type: 6 Month - Secondment / Fixed Term Contract

Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday (daytime only - 6:00am - 14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm)
