We’re recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager for our key customer in Northampton. Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role, you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.

This is a full-time, permanent role working hours of 6pm-6am nights, 4 on 4 off.

We’re offering a salary of up to £30,000 + annual nights allowance of £1,820 per annum, along with 23 days of annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Coordinate, lead, and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success.
• Plan, manage, and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
• Be accountable for individual and team performance to ensure high productivity, redeploying colleagues quickly and efficiently when necessary.
• Understand customer ethos and operational priorities, and be familiar with targets within the contract's service level agreement and key performance indicators.
