Promni Health is recruiting a First Contact Physiotherapist to work within GP practices, seeing musculoskeletal patients at the first point of contact. The post is 18.75 hours a week over Tuesdays and Thursdays and is onsite in the allocated practices, not hybrid or remote.

Role includes assessment, diagnosis, management with full autonomy, and funded routes into injection therapy and independent prescribing for eligible clinicians.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Physiotherapy required.
• HCPC and CSP registration required.
• Minimum five years post-graduate clinical experience, including MSK.

Aufgaben

• Assess, diagnose and manage MSK patients at first point of contact with autonomy.
• Work onsite in GP practices as part of a MDT.
• Prescribe and perform injection therapy if qualified.
• Request investigations and make referrals as needed.
• Develop tailored self-management plans and collect patient feedback.
• Engage in supervision and contribute to service improvement.
