• Degree in physiotherapy required.
• HCPC and CSP registration required.

• Active CPD portfolio aligned to advanced practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose and manage MSK presentations, including complex cases.
• Request investigations and referrals as appropriate.
• Develop tailored self-management plans to support recovery.
• Utilise full scope of practice, including prescribing and injection therapy where qualified.
• Record data and collect patient satisfaction questionnaires.
• Collaborate within a GP-based MDT and support staff relations.
• Educate colleagues on MSK triage pathways and provide clinical guidance.
• Support clinical audits and service improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to local MSK care pathway development.
• Participate in supervision and peer reflection sessions.
