Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service is looking for a Trainer Support at the Leadership and Development Centre, Euxton, Chorley. The role involves preparing training scenarios, setting fires for training, and maintaining equipment and records in all weather conditions.

A good level of English and Maths is required, along with a category B driving licence. The role includes evening/weekend flexibility and a mandatory physical assessment before interview day.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare training scenarios at the Leadership and Development Centre and around the fire grounds.
• Set carbonaceous fires as required for training.
• Allocate and carry out routine checks on resources and equipment; maintain records.
• Undertake maintenance tasks to ensure fire ground and training props are fit for use.
• A willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends where required.
