Fire Systems Installation & Commissioning Engineer - Midlands - North Based with travel

Marlowe Fire & Security is the fastest-growing fire & security business in the UK. We handle everything from initial design, supply, and installation to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, helping prevent, detect, and monitor fire and security risks nationwide.

We are seeking a Fire Systems Project Engineer, Midlands - North Based, willing to travel frequently.

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

Additional earnings: Overtime, Travel Time circa £10,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities

• Manage small and large projects across the Marlowe portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and profitability
• Plan and control labour and materials
• Ensure all engineering paperwork and commissioning are completed correctly
• Provide technical expertise on projects
• Attend site meetings and manage engineers/subcontractors
• Manage project profitability and health & safety standards
• Install, commission systems, and perform minor works as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in fire systems industry
• Experience managing projects across multiple sites
• Technical knowledge of major fire systems (Gent, Notifier, Kentec, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
