Fire Systems Installation & Commissioning Engineer - Midlands - North Based with travel

Marlowe Fire & Security is the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We handle everything from initial design, supply, installation, to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, helping prevent, detect, and monitor fire and security risks nationwide. We are looking to appoint a new Fire Systems Project Engineer, ideally Midlands - North Based, willing to travel frequently.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary - up to £36,000 per annum
• Overtime and Travel Time circa £10,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage small and large fire systems projects, from installation to commissioning, across the Marlowe portfolio.
• Liaise with clients to meet deadlines while maintaining profitability, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, controlling labour and materials.
• Manage engineering paperwork and ensure proper commissioning.
• Provide technical expertise and attend site meetings.
• Manage engineers and subcontractors, overseeing job profitability and health & safety compliance.
• Perform installation and commissioning tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire systems industry.
• Experience managing projects across multiple sites.
• Technical knowledge of major fire systems (e.g., Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
