Job summary

City Facilities Management is seeking a technical specialist to provide first call response for Fire, CCTV, EAS, Access Control, PA, and Automatic Pedestrian Gates at designated stores. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and ensure documentation meets contractual standards.

The role requires completing PPMs on schedule, timely communication with the Duty Manager, and adherence to regulations. Electrical qualifications and CCTV/fire alarm experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds) required.
• Experience with CCTV IP/analogue systems.
• Experience with fire alarm systems.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond to first call and undertake maintenance and repairs.
• Carry out planned, reactive and statutory works for CCTV and associated systems.
• Complete PPMs within agreed timescales and ensure paperwork is accurate.
• Liaise with Helpdesk and Duty Manager on store visits.
• Order parts as required and ensure timely delivery.
