4Way Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Fire and Security Service Engineer to cover North London, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, with a company vehicle and private healthcare benefits. The role offers overtime, weekend work, travel pay and standby call-out rates to enhance earnings potential.

The successful candidate will maintain and service fire and security systems, keep detailed records, and build strong relationships with clients while applying industry standards and training provided by

Competenze

• Solid fire and/or security industry background.
• Valid UK driving licence and relevant trade cards (ECS/IPAF/PASMA).
• Good communication skills and awareness of current industry technology.
• Certified in relevant fire and security systems with at least 2 years in the industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Mansioni

• Keep accurate service records and reports on system performance.
• Provide first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving client issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with expert advice and support.
• Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of fire and security systems to industry standards.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency call-outs.
