Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer (Grade 3) for a North Somerset base. The role focuses on service and remedial work with strong emphasis on planned preventive maintenance and strict adherence to standards.

You will carry out service visits across intruder/fire alarms, access control and CCTV, with no overnight stays and a clear on-call rota (1 in 8). A full UK driving licence and relevant cards are required.

Qualifications

• Time served engineer and/or IPAF experience.
• ECS or CSCS card.
• FIA qualified (preferred).
• Multi-disciplinary Fire & Security experience.
• Good IT/admin ability with MS Office and job systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, remedial and PPM visits across fire and security systems.
• Work on intruder alarms, fire alarms, access control and CCTV (IP & analogue).
• Ensure works meet British Standards and NSI requirements.
• Accurately complete job paperwork / updates via CRM/PDA.
• Take part in an on-call rota (1 in 8).

Salary:£38,000–£42,000 basic+OT 1.5x+ on-call payments ( 1 in 8 , £185)

Ideally candidate will live no more than 30- 45 mins from main office

The Role
