Job summary

Securitas Technology is hiring a Fire & Security Engineer to maintain and service fire and security systems across access control, CCTV, intruder protection, and related technologies. The role requires a proactive, customer‑facing mindset and the ability to take ownership of issues while ensuring service excellence across multiple technologies.

You will manage service calls, maintenance visits, and stock, with a flexible callout rota.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in the security systems industry.
• Clean UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• Must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, working with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre.
• Use PDA management software to handle service calls and maintenance visits.
• Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work.
• Take responsibility for your vehicle and stock, ensuring they’re maintained.
• Join the callout rota with opportunities for additional earnings.
• Work flexibly to meet client demand and be based within ~30 minutes of your area.
