Job summary

Securitas Technology is hiring a Fire & Security Engineer to maintain and service fire and security systems across Yorkshire. You will own service calls, manage maintenance visits, and ensure high standards of customer service.

The role covers Access Control, Intrusion, CCTV, and related technologies, with responsibilities for stock and vehicle maintenance, and flexible callouts. The position requires at least 3 years in the security sector, a full UK driving licence, and eligibility for

Qualifications

3+ years in the security systems industry.
Proven field service/technical experience.
Clean full UK driving licence.
Right to work in the UK with a 5-year history.
Eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service, coordinating with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre.
Use PDA management software to handle service calls and maintenance visits.
Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work.
Maintain vehicle and stock, ensuring proper upkeep.
Adopt a proactive, positive approach on every job.
Join the callout rota with potential for extra earnings.
Work flexibly to meet client demand.
Be based within ~30 minutes of your working area.
