Job summary

Ranger Fire & Security Group is seeking a Fire & Security Commissioning Engineer in Newcastle Upon Tyne to lead commissioning and testing of alarms and TECS equipment.

You will fault-find, coordinate with design/install teams, and ensure compliance with standards while delivering smooth handovers to clients. Relevant qualifications and experience in fire & security are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong commissioning and electrical engineering skills.
• Solid experience with electrical testing and verification.
• knack for troubleshooting and solving problems under pressure.
• Knowledge of fire & security standards.
• Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in the Fire & Security sector (ideal but not essential).
• Relevant electrical/technical qualifications.
