Job summary

Ranger Fire & Security Group in Manchester is seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to install and maintain fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and extinguishers. You will deliver high-quality PPM and support a 24-hour callout rota.

Join a growing team offering hands-on upgrades, system programming and varied site work, with a fully expensed van and ongoing training on leading systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, fire alarms and detection systems, and access control.
• Confidence with IP/networked systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• FIA / BAFE certification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and extinguishers.
• Delivering high-quality PPM and supporting a 24-hour callout rota.
• Getting hands-on with upgrades, commissioning and system programming.
• Working across varied sites no two days look the same.
