Job summary

Ranger Services Holdings Limited is seeking a Fire & Security Commissioning Engineer to join their Newcastle upon Tyne team. You will be responsible for commissioning and testing fire alarms, security systems and TECS equipment on site and ensuring on-time project handovers.

The role requires solid electrical engineering skills, experience with testing and verification, and the ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues on challenging sites. A van and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with commissioning electrical systems and fire/security equipment.
• Strong electrical engineering background with testing and verification.
• Ability to work on-site with clients and colleagues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and testing fire alarms, security systems, and TECS equipment.
• Fault-finding and ensuring systems finish on time.
