4Way Recruitment has partnered with a UK fire & security specialist to recruit a Business Development Manager based in Leeds and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary up to £40,000, plus commission and a company vehicle to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development or Sales within the Fire & Security industry.
• Solid knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across Fire & Security solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
• Attend client meetings and site surveys to understand customer requirements.
• Produce quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth project handover.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records.
