You will drive sustainable growth by identifying opportunities, cultivating new relationships, and expanding our Midlands footprint across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling security or fire detection/protection in B2B environments.
• Strong technical and solution-based sales background with ability to translate requirements into proposals.
• Knowledge of RAMS, PPE, accidents reporting and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth by developing and securing new business opportunities.
• Lead Management with prompt response to sales leads and robust follow-up.
• Manage Sales Pipeline with forecasts, databases, quotations and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders and build relationships with customers, contractors and specifiers.
• Prepare compelling proposals and tailored contract documentation.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets.
• Target regional/multi-site prospects within defined geography.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and health and safety directives.
