Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Special Projects Contract Manager to lead high-risk fire safety and external wall system (EWS) contracts across a large social housing portfolio in London.

The role covers end-to-end procurement and contract management, liaising with contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with PAS 9980 and building safety schemes. Initial 6 months with potential extension; daily rate up to £500 Umbrella.

Qualifications

• Strong social housing experience.
• Proven contracts management capability.
• End-to-end procurement & contract management in social housing.
• Experience procuring and managing fire safety/building safety contracts.
• Strong contractor, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of EWS, FRAEWs, Fire Risk Assessments and PAS 9980.
• Experience with remediation funding schemes such as the Cladding Safety Scheme is desirable.

Contract: 6 months initially, potential 12 months

Rate: Up to 500 per day Umbrella

We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading social housing organisation, managing high-risk fire safety and external wall system (EWS) contracts across a large residential portfolio.

Key Requirements

• Strong social housing experience

• End-to-end procurement and contract management experience within social housing


• Experience procuring and managing fire safety / building safety contracts
