Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a Special Projects role in London. You will oversee high-risk fire safety and EWS contracts across a large residential portfolio, ensuring robust procurement and contract management processes.

The position is a 6-month initial contract with potential extension, offering up to £500 per day Umbrella for a safety-critical programme in the social housing sector.

Qualifications

• Strong social housing experience.
• Proven contracts management experience.
• End-to-end procurement and contract management within social housing.
• Experience procuring and managing fire safety / building safety contracts.
• Knowledge of EWS, FRAEWs, Fire Risk Assessments and PAS 9980.
• Experience with remediation funding schemes such as the Cladding Safety Scheme desirable.

We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading social housing organisation, managing high-risk fire safety and external wall system (EWS) contracts across a large residential portfolio.

Key Requirements

• Strong social housing experience
• Proven Contracts Management experience
• End-to-end procurement and contract management experience within social housing
• Experience procuring and managing fire safety / building safety contracts
• Strong contractor, commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of EWS, FRAEWs, Fire Risk Assessments and PAS 9980
• Experience with remediation funding schemes such as the Cladding Safety Scheme is desirable
