Job summary

Warwick District Council is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor focusing on fire safety and compliance across our housing stock. You will deliver external contractor–led fire safety improvement programmes and coordinate across service areas to keep projects on track.

The role supports training and development, with hybrid working and attendance at offices/sites as required within Warwick District. 37 hours per week and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housing desirable.
• Programme management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver external contractor–led fire safety improvement programmes across the stock.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to keep projects on track and within budget.
