Warwick District Council is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor specialising in Fire Safety & Compliance. The role offers homebased options with occasional attendance at offices or sites within Warwick District.

You will deliver external contractor led fire safety improvements across the stock, coordinate across service areas, and work with a team dedicated to customer-focused housing solutions.

• Delivery of external contractor led fire safety improvement programmes across the stock.
• Coordinate across multiple service areas to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Attend offices/sites in Warwick District as required.
