Clear Safety is seeking a qualified fire safety consultant/inspector to join the Fire Risk Team in a full-time, hybrid role. Expect site inspections, risk assessments, and desktop work from home with occasional trips to Sandwich, Kent offices.

You will deliver fire safety reports, provide expert advice, and supervise projects from start to finish while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK housing fire safety guidance and legislation.

Formación

• Must hold NEBOSH General and Fire Safety & Risk Management Certificates.
• Requires Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification recognised by IFSE/IFSM or equivalent.
• Good CPD history and a willingness to continually update fire safety knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of UK housing fire safety legislation and guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out site inspections and fire risk assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive fire safety reports with remedial actions.
• Provide clear fire safety advice to clients in writing and verbally.
• Represent the company in meetings and at client sites.
• Oversee fire safety projects from quotation to delivery and certification.
• Survey fire doors and conduct related inspections.
