Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security in London and the Home Counties is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Fire Service/Maintenance engineering teams, overseeing daily field operations and ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

This hybrid role involves travel across London and Home Counties, with a mix of office and home working, a competitive package including a car or allowance, pension and life assurance.

Here at Chubb Fire & Security, we have a opening for a Operations Manager, covering London & The Home Counties.

As a Detection & Alarms Operations Manager you will lead our field operational activity and associated business processes in the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective service, maintenance and works within Fire Service / Maintenance division. You will also have overall accountability to lead and develop our teams to ensure optimised productivity and service delivery to achieve sustained profitable growth.

LOCATION

Hybrid role with travel, covering London and across the Home Counties. The ideal candidate will be able to commute within these areas.

Opportunity to earn up to £60,000 (dependent on experience), bonus and car / car allowance
