Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an Operations Manager for the Portable Fire Extinguisher division. You will lead field operations and the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective works across a broad South East area, blending field and remote work.

You will own customer relationships, manage engineers, and drive safety, compliance and profitability. The role requires solid field operations experience and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• Field Operational Management experience is essential.
• Experience in the fire industry is advantageous.
• You'll need strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• You should be highly organised with planning or scheduling experience noted as beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operational activity and associated business processes for Portable Fire Extinguisher division.
• Ensure scheduled, reactive and corrective service delivery with productive outcomes.
• Develop teams to optimise productivity and profitability.
• Own customer portfolio and deliverables across the region.
• Proactively meet with customers to nurture relationships.
• Manage training, development, and succession planning.
• Ensure H&S compliance and audits.
• Drive a safety-first culture and zero-incident mindset.
• Review engineer performance and contracts to sustain growth.
