Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Detection & Alarms field operations across London and the Home Counties. You will oversee planned, reactive and corrective service activities, driving productivity, safety and continued profitable growth.

The role combines hands-on leadership with development of engineering teams, ensuring high standards of service, and effective budget management.

Qualifications

• Fire industry experience is essential.
• Experience in people management with a hands-on approach.
• Key account management experience would be advantageous.
• Always deliver excellent customer service.

Here at Chubb Fire & Security, we have an opening for an Operations Manager, covering London & The Home Counties.

As a Detection & Alarms Operations Manager you will lead our field operational activity and associated business processes in the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective service, maintenance and works within Fire Service / Maintenance division. You will also have overall accountability to lead and develop our teams to ensure optimised productivity and service delivery to achieve sustained profitable growth.

LOCATION

Hybrid role with travel, covering London and across the Home Counties. The ideal candidate will be able to commute within these areas.

SALARY

Opportunity to earn up to £60,000 (dependent on experience), bonus and car / car allowance
