Job summary

phs Compliance is actively seeking a Fire Extinguisher Engineer to service and maintain fire extinguishers across various commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will travel to sites such as banks, schools and hospitals, performing inspections and routine maintenance.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, basic IT literacy, and a sound understanding of health and safety procedures. Training opportunities and employee benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months with a maximum of 6 points
• 2 years industry experience would be advantageous
• Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations in the workplace
• Good level of IT literacy and knowledge of Test and Inspection Procedures and software
• Desirable but not essential: BAFE, FETA, IFEDA

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple commercial properties to service and maintain fire extinguishers and ensure compliance
• Work across sites such as banks, schools, universities, retail outlets, leisure centres, hospitals and pubs

The Fire Extinguisher Engineer role at phs Compliance will involve:

Visiting multiple commercial properties, for example banks, schools, universities, retail outlets, leisure centres, hospitals and pubs to complete servicing and maintenance of fire extinguishers and ensure compliance for our customers

The ideal candidate for a Fire Extinguisher Engineer at phs will have:

• Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points.
• 2 Years previous industry experience would be advantageous.
• An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
• A good level of IT literacy Knowledge of Test and Inspection Procedures and software
• Desirable but not essential BAFE ,FETA, IFEDA
