Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire Damper / Ventilation Engineer to join our Midlands team in Coventry. The role involves logging, testing and remedial work on Fire Dampers, with travel to client sites across the region as required.

You will install, commission and survey ventilation systems and maintain detailed service reports. The successful candidate will have a proven track record, a strong knowledge of BS9999, and preferably NVQ Level 5 in Fire and Smoke Dampers, with

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Fire Damper Engineer with track record of logging, testing and remedial work.
Flexible to travel to client sites as required by the company.
Able to work independently on site with good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

Perform logging and testing of Fire Dampers.
Carry out remedial works on Fire Dampers, including TEK screw removals and link swaps.
Install and commission Fire Dampers and survey ventilation systems for required works.
Carry out AHU cleans and identify system faults with recommendations for works.
Audit completed works and produce regular service reports.
Maintain strong client relationships.
