Job summary

Leonardo UK, based in Edinburgh, seeks a Project Engineering Lead to manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for sustainment and improvement of AESA Radar products. You will work closely with the PEM, CE and PM to deliver on project goals in a hybrid working environment.

The role requires leading diverse engineering teams across programs, with a focus on timely, cost-effective delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration. Travel within the UK and potentially overseas is expected.

Qualifications

• First degree or higher qualification in Electronics or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Strong strategic planning and resourcing to meet business demands.
• Experience with AESA Radar products and product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplined team responsible for sustainment and improvement of AESA Radar products.
• Collaborate with the Project Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer and Project Manager to provide leadership and delivery.
• Act as engineering focal point for AESA Radar Product Integrated Project Teams throughout the lifecycle.
