Job summary

Leonardo is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the Test Equipment delivery for Fire Control within the Airborne AESA Radar Sector. Based on site in Edinburgh, you will guide teams to deliver test capability for multiple customers, driving success during a period of growth.

You will bring a degree in business or engineering, strong project management experience and the ability to influence across levels. A proactive, organised leader with excellent communications will thrive in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a business or engineering related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management experience delivering small to mid-sized projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships across teams and influence at all levels.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Organised, energetic and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Pro-active, can-do attitude with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Project Teams to deliver compliant projects on time, within cost and to customer requirements.
• Maximise value creation within commercial constraints.
• Communicate effectively to drive delivery across functional areas and stay on budget.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action.
• Identify and manage project risks with contingency planning.
• Engage with teams and vendors, conduct reviews and make recommendations.
