Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD is seeking an experienced Multi-Disciplined Project Manager in the Manchester area to oversee a portfolio of fire, door entry, access control and warden call systems. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You will act as the main contact for clients, internal teams and subcontractors, managing from handover through to close-out and maintenance of project documentation.

• Experience delivering multi-discipline security projects.

• Strong client liaison and design coordination.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Disciplined Project Manager, based in the Manchester area. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects across Fire, Door Entry, Access Control and Warden Call systems ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, overseeing projects from initial handover through to final completion and close-out.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As aProject Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering security solutions, from inception to client handover. You'll work closely withinstall teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly and to the highest standards.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Conductsite surveysand design system layouts.
• Leadclient meetingsfor pre-starts and walk-offs.
• Overseein-house & sub-contract labour teams.

Installation & Technical Support

• Provideonsite supportforFire, EML, CCTV, Warden Call, and Intruder Alarmsystems.
• Carry outadditional works & system remedial fixesas needed.
• Diagnose andtroubleshoot faultson critical sites.

Quality & Compliance

• Collate and managecompletion paperwork.
