Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD in London is seeking an experienced Fire biased Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of fire alarm systems projects. You will manage client relationships, coordinate install teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high safety standards.

The role requires leading site surveys, client meetings, and on-site support, with a focus on quality and compliance across BS 5839-1 and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems (BS 5839-1).
• EACS and Intruder Alarm systems knowledge a must.
• SMSTS or IOSH accredited beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and design system layouts.
• Lead client meetings for pre-starts and walk-offs.
• Oversee in-house and subcontract labour teams.
• Provide onsite support for Fire and Intruder Alarm systems and carry out remedial work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on critical sites.
• Collate and manage completion paperwork.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Fire biased Project Manager to join us, based in the London area. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects across Fire Alarm systems ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, overseeing projects from initial handover through to final completion and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

As a project manager you will be at the forefront of delivering security solutions, from inception to client handover. You'll work closely with install teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly and to the highest standards.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Conduct site surveys and design system layouts.
• Lead client meetings for pre-starts and walk-offs.

Installation & Technical Support

• Provide onsite support for Fire and Intruder Alarm systems.
• Carry out additional works & system remedial fixes as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on critical sites.

Quality & Compliances

• Collate and manage completion paperwork.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
