Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD in London is seeking an experienced Security biased Project Manager to oversee CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control and Warden Call projects. You will manage from handover to close-out, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating installation teams, clients and subcontractors, conducting site surveys, leading client meetings, providing on-site support, and ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Experience with EACS and IP intercom systems.
• Knowledge of access control, door entry and warden call systems.
• SMSTS or IOSH accreditation.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, survey, and design security system layouts.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate internal and subcontractor teams.
• Provide on-site installation support and troubleshoot issues.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Security biased Project Manager to join us, based in the London area. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects across CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control and Warden Call systems ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, overseeing projects from initial handover through to final completion and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

As aProject Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering security solutions, from inception to client handover. You'll work closely withinstall teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly and to the highest standards.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Conductsite surveysand design system layouts.
• Leadclient meetingsfor pre-starts and walk-offs.
• Overseein-house & sub-contract labour teams.

Installation & Technical Support

• Provideonsite supportforSecurity, EML, CCTV, and Warden Call systems.
• Carry outadditional works & system remedial fixesas needed.
• Diagnose andtroubleshoot faultson critical sites.

Quality & Compliance

• Collate and managecompletion paperwork.
