Job summary

4way Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer to deliver door-to-door travel with no call out rota. You will service and install fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control, ensuring compliance with UK standards.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, driving licence, and the ability to work independently; German language skills are a plus.

Fire and Security Engineer – Door to Door Travel & No Call Out Rota

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £45,000 (On target earnings £53,000+)

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to £45,000
• Travel Time Paid: Door to Door
• Overtime: 1.5 Weekdays and Double Time on Saturdays and Sundays
• Annual Leave: 20 Days + Bank Holidays + 1 Day for Birthday
• Company Vehicle: Van or Car with Personal Use

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
• Must be eligible for enhanced security screening
• Fluent in German (Preference but not essential)
