Marqeta is seeking a Technical Success Analyst in London to lead the technical onboarding of standardised products for new customers. You will guide customers through their integration, work with APIs, and develop product knowledge to scale the team’s capabilities.

Join a collaborative operations team focused on delivering cutting-edge card issuing and payments solutions. Hybrid role with on-site two days per week in London and remote days elsewhere.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with fintech/payments knowledge and card issuing is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or payments systems.

Mansioni

• Lead implementations by configuring and deploying Marqeta’s standardised products for new customers.
• Serve as the technical expert guiding customers through their integration journey, especially APIs.
• Develop deep product knowledge and create internal runbooks and training content.
• Advocate for customers by feeding back insights to internal teams to evolve the product.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product, Sales and Account Management to align client goals.
