Job summary

Marqeta is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead expansion and scaling of partnerships with large Fintechs, FI banks, and embedded finance providers in London. This role entails owning complex deals, articulating Marqeta’s platform value, and engaging with executives to drive revenue growth.

The role requires deep payments knowledge and experience selling to C-suite and technical stakeholders, with hybrid work requiring in-office presence near London two days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in payments/Fintech.
• Deep payments and card experience required.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Qualify enterprise opportunities and lead deals through closing.
• Collaborate with Legal and Delivery to define solutions.
• Develop proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
